The university recognizes that students are the main stakeholders and places a high priority on their growth and development. As such, the university has established a comprehensive grievance redressal system to address any concerns or complaints raised by students.
When a student has a grievance, they can file an online complaint that includes all relevant details. The complaint is then referred to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee by the concerned institute immediately. The committee will then schedule a hearing to address the complaint and communicate the date to both parties.
