The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Institute of Advanced Research, The University for Innovation, Gandhinagar and Indian Red Cross Society, Gujarat State Branch, Ahmedabad
It was held on March 16, 2023, at the IRCS, Ahmedabad under the guidance of Professor Rao Bhamidimarri, President of IAR, Gandhinagar.
Completing the MOU Signing formalities, Dr. Manish Parmar, Registrar, represented Institute of Advanced Research while Dr. Prakash Parmar, General Secretary represented the Indian Red Cross Society, co-witnessed by Prof. Anand K. Tiwari, Dean, Research & Innovation, IAR and Shri Nilesh Bhartiya, Senior Program Manager, IRCS, who joined in carrying out the MOU signing procedures. Both parties’ collaborative agreements entail the following major aspired objectives: Blood donation camps, thalassemia awareness & screening camps, short-term certificate programs on basic lifesaving skills, joint workshops, conferences, health awareness programs, and Social outreach activities, cooperation in NSS events, assistance to students for various health-related events at the District, State and National level, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Training, behavioral change programs, motivational lectures, etc.
