Meet and Greet Ceremony at IAR
On 23rd June 2023, the Department of Business and Management organized a small meet and greet ceremony for the newly admitted students of BBA and MBA in IAR. This event served as a sweet welcoming gesture from our existing students, emphasizing the warm and inclusive atmosphere we cultivate.
The event commenced with a brief introduction to IAR, setting the stage for an enriching academic journey. Our students took the opportunity to share their personal experiences and journeys with the newly admitted students, creating a sense of connection and inspiration. Through a captivating video presentation, they showcased their entire growth and transformation during their time at IAR.
To further enhance the event, two management activities were conducted indoors, accompanied by two outdoor activities. These engaging exercises aimed to foster teamwork, collaboration, and vital management skills, injecting energy and enthusiasm into the atmosphere.
The primary objective of this event was to create a small get-together for existing and new students, allowing them to acclimate to the vibrant environment of IAR and forge meaningful relationships. The outcome was nothing short of amazing, with everyone leaving the event with smiles and a genuine sense of happiness from the connections they made. The expressed interest in organizing similar activities in the future demonstrated the event’s success in energizing and engaging our student community.
