IAR University successfully organized an enlightening Expert Session on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity”
The session was conducted by Mr. Hiranya Vyas, Trainer of Entrepreneurship & HRD and Ex-Project Leader, CED, who shared deep insights on the growing scope of entrepreneurship and innovation as impactful career choices.
Mr. Vyas explained the core definition of entrepreneurship, essential resources required to start a venture, and the key entrepreneurial traits such as initiative, opportunity recognition, persistence, problem-solving, quality focus, systematic planning, and self-confidence.
He also highlighted the role of time management, teamwork, and the significance of various stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem—from customers and suppliers to government bodies, financial institutions, professional networks, and family support.
The session concluded with a strong emphasis on how businesses thrive by creating value, fostering innovation, and ultimately generating sustainable growth.
