His major research area includes Design and Development of various hybrid non-traditional machining processes.
Currently, working on design and development of various hybrid non-traditionalmicro-machining processes such as Traveling wire-electrochemical discharge machining (TW-ECDM), Electrochemical discharge machining (ECDM), Electrochemical discharge grinding (ECDG), Electrochemical machining (ECM), Wire-Electrical discharge machining (W-EDM), etc. He has published more than 12 papers in the reputed Journals and also, attended and presented 7 papers in the International conferences in reputed institutions like IITs and NITs.

He has designed and developed 2 nos. of the experimental setup of traveling wire-electrochemical discharge machining (TW-ECDM) process for machining of various non-conducting materials at a micro-level. Recently, he has successfully modified EDM setup for Micro-ECDM process.
He is enthusiasm for participation in group activities and always willingly ready to run an extra mile for the sake of his peers. Apart from research, he has mentored research staffs and B.Tech and M.Tech students and published the collaborative work at Journals and International conferences.
