Current Research Interests

  • Biochemical, biophysical and structural studies of protein having dual role (Moonlighting Proteins).
  • Deciphering molecular determinants of protein-ligand binding kinetics through biophysical and structural studies.
  • Molecular docking, virtual screening and molecular dynamics simulations of protein-ligand complexes.
  • Computational studies of proteins using high-performance computing.
